Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Unicorn Store purchase, but if for some reason the magic isn’t the right fit or what you expected, you have 30 days from purchase to return your item. After 30 days, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packing and in the same glorious condition in which you received it.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns on the following items:
- Unicorn snot.
- Nail Polish.
- Lip gloss.
- Seasonal.
- Party Decor.
- Gift Wrapping.
- Greeting Cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will then automatically be sent through a rainbow and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theunicornstore.com and send your item to:

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for each return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. And although we wish we could, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
